Morocco Ale
To be honest, when I first started working at Daleside brewery, Morocco ale was my favourite beer. Today I would say it's probably still one of them. Here in Harrogate I have been given the pleasures of racking, transferring, milling the grist of and even drinking this rich amber cakey sweet ginger nuanced beer. If you haven't tried it I advise looking for it in bottled form, in cask you see it occasionally but most specialist beer shops seem to have it in bottles. I would also advise trying it with red meat dishes, ginger cake and duck with ginger and spring onion form your local Chinese takeaway.

I can still remember the first time I tried it as I was mightily impressed. Actually come to think of it when did you first try it? Was it one of the beers I got for you when we were at Heriot-Watt?
Might well have been because I was at Heriot Watt at the time. Its even better on cask. If I can fit it in I might send a bottle with my next box of exported beer to you Ed, The Megalodon has just been bottled and is tasting like fine hard hitting, brain cell destroying, liver rupturing battery acid. Hope you liked my last samples.
I think I brought you some beers from Booths so it must have been one of them.
So far I've had your IPA and it was good stuff. The megalodon sounds terrifying!
Morocco is my favorite beer too. Cool stuff.
